Items ordered from Livin’ Clean are shipped from our warehouse in Michigan or drop shipped directly from the partnering warehouses. Orders are shipped via UPS or the United States Postal Service. Most in-stock orders are processed, filled and shipped within 24 hours (business days only). At times we may supplement packing material or re-box items into plain brown or white boxes, to ensure safe delivery of products at no additional charge to our customers. Our warehouse does not have pick-up or showroom facilities; therefore we ship all of our product. At this time, we ship to the 48 contiguous US states.
Departure time can be up to 10 business days depending on product location, address verification, and payment issues. Total shipping time is departure time in addition to USPS or UPS shipping times. If indicated as a non-stocking, or back-ordered item on the order form, we may require additional days for order processing. If we are unable to fill your order for any reason (excluding holidays) 4 weeks from the date of purchase, the order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted to confirm if you would rather wait for the order or cancel. Livin’ Clean cannot be responsible for delays resulting in improper or inaccurate information provided by you to us, such as email addresses or telephone numbers. Please be advised that Livin’ Clean is an internet company and uses Email as the main form of communication to it's customers, so please check your email regularly. Livin’ Clean will never release, sell or distribute your Email address or other information to other companies without your prior permission, unless that information is required to facilitate your order.

Our shipping cost is incurred once the order leaves our door, and neither it nor the products can be cancelled or "recalled" once shipped.
Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned as undeliverable. If we receive an undeliverable package, we will issue a refund minus the cost of shipping. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address when placing your order.
The U.S. Postal Service does not deliver to some addresses. If you also have a PO Box address, it's best to use that address. If you have put in a request for address forwarding, please note that the U.S. Postal Service forwards only first-class mail and magazines, not packages.
Re-shipments: We do not re-ship orders that are returned as undeliverable, but you may place another order through our website. Please double-check your address when placing your order.
